They pretty much all have the cooling lines (at least, the V8s do, I assume the V6s do too).

Can't make any big recommendations, but anything under 7000 lbs total loaded weight should be fine. I think the factory rating with the tow package is 6800 lbs.

I've pulled 1k-6k behind my dak with many different trailers and configurations. The truck pulls 6k just as we'll as 4k, just give some more stopping time.

Also it's the wind resistance that'll get ya. If you go with a travel trailer, the worst part is the wind resistance. I recommend a low profile or popup trailer for aerodynamics.

Good luck!

Every auto has the trans cooling line but most just go into the radiator. Do you have an aux cooler in front of the radiator? If not, you need one before you start towing. Also I would highly suggest trailer brakes and controller.

What gears do you have? 3.92 I believe it'd be rated for somewhere near 6500-7000lbs, but if you have 3.55 you'll be rated around 5500lbs. Something to keep in mind. Just because you have the tow package doesn't mean you have the highest rating. Gears play a role as well.

Jay,

It is difficult to say with out the vehicle specifics, such as cab type, axle rations, etc. I would recommend you to checkout the link I posted below. It has lots of helpful towing information.

I hope this helps!

Your trailer towing capabilities should be on a sticker on one of the door pillars. It also appears that you have the aux trans cooler, which should sit in front of the rad (not the A/C condensor).
