Default 2006 Dakota 4.7: Oxygen Sensor

I'm going crazy replacing a downstream sensor (passenger side). Autozone gave me a Bosch 13775. O'Reilly calls for the same sensor. Problem is it doesn't fit. As you can see the Bosch (black plug) has notches in different locations than the OE. Also, the threads on the sensor don't seem to fit either.
Anyone know the OE part number for this thing? Anyone run into this problem with aftermarket 02 sensors?

Bosch has two part numbers... 13775 and 13776. 13775 is after the catalytic converters, 13776 is in front of them.

However, I would just return the part for a refund and order it from Rock Auto. Even if it did fit, Bosch makes pretty poor units, not to mention their quality control. This is not representative of Bosch as a whole necessarily, just their oxygen sensors.

Denso or NGK make the best sensors, and in the case of the 2006 model year Dakotas, Denso was the OEM supplier. They are available on Rock Auto for far less than O'Reillys or Advance or Autozone can do. Don't forget to take advantage of the 5% off Rock Auto coupon code in the general discussion section.

Denso Part #s
2344744 for in front of catalytic converter, $28.79 per sensor
2344756 for after the catalytic converter, $29.79 per sensor

Will be a little more than the Bosch after shipping is factored in, but Denso is much higher quality and Rock Auto's customer service can't be beat. The Densos look like they are special order at Autozone, and cost $40 per sensor there.

Normally I like NTK (NGK) sensors, but they are spendy for your model year... $56.79 per sensor for the ones that go after the cat, and $75.79 per sensor for the ones that go in front of the cat. I'd definitely recommend Denso units.
