thanks for the advise. I am going to let it develop a bit more. it may also be a valve cover, just not sure. I am surprised this could happen at 62,000 miles though. I can do the work myself but I dont want to do it. thats why I bought the warranty.

 

Well, it's certainly not a small job if it is the RMS. Just check your warranty coverage - if it includes seals, then you should be good to go (up to the maximum per claim).
