Yeah, i was just referring to the octane if the gas I'm gonna start using. I definitely won't forget. And also, i finally got it to update. I ended up having to use our desktop at home. The tuner didn't like my laptop.
Last question (for now), how much does the Trans tuning package cost?

That question has been answered if you go back through your posts (#14). Don't waste your money on it. The canned tunes are more than adequate. Only a few of us on here have bought it that I know of, and I know at least me and Bobby went back to the canned tunes after awhile. Unless your wiling to spend hours and hours developing a schedule, it's really not worth it. And, you can really screw up your transmission if you get it wrong.

Read the link on transmission tuning that Dakatoff provided (again, post #14) THOROUGHLY. It takes time and a lot of careful inputting of data into the tuner which imo is not worth it. One wrong number in the wrong column of the shift tables and your crossing shifts and locking up your transmission. Don't ask how I know.

Oh. I thought the canned tunes came in the Trans tuning package. How do i access thorn on the tuner since they're already on there? Or do they just become applied when you upload a performance tune?

Nevermind that question. I found it. I thought it would be under the advanced options, but it's in the tuning options, not advanced tuning options.

I believe we have already stated the transmission shift schedule is modified with the tune you choose. The trans package you ca purchase allows further custom tuning outside the modified shift schedule that comes with each tune.
