Possibly, though I never had any codes with the 4.7 in the 16k miles i drove it. Also, they made a few small changes to the 2007 model year, like pcm program and such. Perhaps that was part of it.
Especially since the upstream is keyed differently so it can't plug into the downstream spot without modification. So mine must have come that way or something.
