I think the Ram U-bolts are 4" or 4.5" wide (B measurement).

You should have some suspension shops around that deal with large trucks etc., they will also be able to provide services for smaller vehicles. Just drive over to one, they'll sell you a set of what you need guaranteed to fit. I use these places for a lot of my suspension needs including U-bolts, additional leafs, re-arching, etc.

I know of one that was suggested by a friend. Maybe they will measure them and then make custom ones? It's just easier to have them shipped to the door but I could give it a shot

http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-ea-Round-U...77e17d&vxp=mtr these are Ram 1500 ones and they are for a 3 1/4" axle..is that our size?

Axles come in pretty standard sizes, but even if yours was an odd size, they could certainly measure & bend. I've found the suspension shop quality is usually better, the price lower than buying from any aftermarket shop, even on-line, and you have the parts available that day - often made while you wait if they don't have it in inventory.

Our stock u-bolts are 9/16 x 3.5" x 7.5" (8.5" with 1 inch blocks, 9.5" with 2 inch blocks).

Yeah, I said 9 because its an add a leaf which is between 1-2"..you aren't supposed to need new bolts with add a leaf kits but for some reason mine were too short when I went to put it back together. Not going to ask questions as to why, I could use a fresh set of u-bolts regardless. I probably will go to a spring shop for them though..especially now that I know the dimensions of what I need. Should be cheaper than the websites I looked at considering they screw you on shipping. Thank you guys
