That's those notches I was talking about. Since they didn't flare it, they probably forgot to notch it all too. Good thing it's an easy fix.

Yea I figured that on the Y, the Tailpipe not having them was more odd. Like the exhaust missed QC completely.

Reject,

How does the exhaust sound? Or are you able to post a sound clip? The MBRP on a 3.7 is the only cat back exhaust clip I've not heard. Think I've listened to 20+ cat back and muffler combos on the 3.7 in the last 2 days. Think I might just leave my exhaust stock.

to be honest, it sounds like I have a exhaust leak more then a "performance" exhaust. Its the same sound as my OEM muffler with a 1.5" big hole in it between 2000-3500 rpm

If I had the money id probably replace it or atleast the muffler.

Thanks for the reply. My search for an exhaust continues. I wish I could find an exhaust that sounded like my Grand Prix. Pretty nice for a stock V6.
