I got a aftermarket set of HID off ebay from a Canadian company (im in canada) but after 6 months on of the Ballasts went, 1 bulb went out after being submerged in water for 3 months (Fog filled up) and after abit worked again.
Alot of people have had to also get the Relay Harness when using HID's for Headlights because the Driving Lights, Low and High Beams are all 1 bulbs. The Fogs are just plug and play and dont need it.

For LED's Other then getting Canbus type ones, You have to add resistors to your Signals wiring to a count for the Lower Power Usage (prevents Hyper-Flash, like a burned out bulb)

I have Ebay LED's for all mine. My Reverse lights are alot brighter then stock, Same with the White interiors LED's. Cargo lights are as bright.

Fogs
H10 HID's
LED bulbs.
T10/194/168 LED's for 3rd Brake, Cargo, and License Plate Lights
T20/3157 LED's For Reverse, Front and Rear Signals
32MM Festoon LED's for Front Interior Dome (Club Cab /wo Overhead Console)
42MM Festoon LED's for Rear Interior Dome (Club Cab)
T3 LED's for HVAC Controls (minor modification)

2005fogs are a 9145 bulb. HID are plug and play in the fogs. Headlights you will need bi-xenon and a relay harness. NOT plug and play. Be careful with HID's in normal housings. You will blind oncoming drivers. Honestly, when I put HID's in my fogs, I didnt need the headlights they were so bright. You will need load resistors for the brakes and turns. I could never get them to work on my truck. Go to superbrightleds.com, out in your year and model, it will tell you every bulb you need for changing out to LED's. I also added bluie led strips in the footwells that came on when the door was open.

I got all of mine from Superbrightleds.com, no complaints from me, these look great. The interior LEDs (I got the cool white), map & dome lights, look amazing at night. The only exterior LEDs that I have are license plate & cargo lights. I have full LED taillights & 3rd brake light, the full housings.

Mine were H10, Altho I did buy aftermarket/OEM housings and installed them myself.

I also have Blue LED's in the Footwell, Mine come on with the Marker/Headlights they are tied into the green light by the cup holders.

Got em on Ebay, the last OEM looking ones from the post above.
Here's the thread. The link in post # 5 is useless though.

Those tails use the original backup bulb so be sure to get an led bulb to replace that as well.
