Default Dang dakota P0305

Still have issues with my 2010 dakota.
Sometimes it do great then 60-70mph it start to stutter again n go away.
Days latter it have no power on acceleration at light or freeway.
I moved coil packs from cylinder 5 to 1st cylinder...still have problem with cylinder 5 misfire.

Any ideas of which way next to check. Dealership says cylinder 5 misfire change plugs n coil packs but I don't think they really understand. I've done those things already.

Things done & checked

Seafoamed vehicle for build up
Faulty spark plugs or wires -REPLACED
Faulty coil (pack)-WORKING GOOD
Faulty oxygen sensor(s) GOOD
Faulty fuel injector(s)
Burned exhaust valve
Faulty catalytic converter(s)
Stuck/blocked/leaking EGR valve / passages CHECKED ALL GOOD
Faulty camshaft position sensor
Defective computeR -REFLAShED FOR FREE

a faulty AC compressor can put quite a high load on the engine and can cause issues with acceleration, not sure about causing the misfire unless it's pretty much failing or seised. I notice that the engine doesn't have the same throttle response with the AC on then off. Could be that it's more noticeable with our little V6. So one that is causing more load could possibly cause your symptoms.

Default Next Step

If this is an issue what do I have to do next to confirm the A/C had direct affect on acceleration/misfire?

Drive with the AC off and see if the misfire happens. Since you are in arizona, i would recommend buying some ice and keeping it in the truck while driving around.

I used to live in AZ. Something cold to drink with the windows down and you're good. I wonder if theres any kind of torque spec on the compressor while cold? I have seen mechanics turn them by hand before when checking out an a/c.

I took pic of my throttle body...would this be bad build up inside throttle body?

Kinda hard to tell with that small of a pic. If it's dirty, clean it.

I'm starting to regret buying this truck.

6. Well this weekend was stressful...I drove my 2010 dakota up north elevation highest was 4000. Thruck ran fine in am. Temp was about 56 degrees and drove 2 hours. On our way back was little warmer but right off the back it started to sputter....on the road between 60-70mph it would sputter after 70... it was fine.....
Sunday I took out the throttle body and cleaned it and MASS airflow sensor. 5am this morning it did the dame thing about 60-70 mph.

Very frustrating....what your thoughts
