Cool Left brake and flasher not working!!!

I'm totally confused since when I turn on my lights, it will go on, but it just would not get brighter if i stepped on the brake or wont blink if i turn on the signal. I have replaced bulbs and checked fuses. I'm at a loss what else it could be????

bobby_kimble1,

Welcome to the forum.

I'd certainly like to look over some of the possible causes for this however I don't believe you've listed your vehicle model and year. I too would have checked fuses and connections, obviously not the solution here.
Please re-post with your vehicle details and I'd be happy to see what I can find.

Thank you. Moving to the correct technical section. Check the contacts inside the plugs for the bulbs. Sometimes they can get corroded or even heat damaged causing poor connection to the bulb.

Check the following fuses: 19, 43, 44, 51, & 55.

Gotta check to see if the pink/red wire at the tail light is getting power.

Have you tried a second bulb? Or tested the bulb w/an ohmmeter?

Have you inspected the sockets as suggested? Have you measured to see if you have voltage at the plug as suggested?
