Default Bull bar install

Need to get this bolt out of the frame to install my bull bar. Just spins and there is nothing to grab onto on the top of the frame! HELP!

Sorry for the panicked SOS I threw out earlier! I was about to start kicking my dog across the garage for a while there! $100 dollars in tools, another can of WD40, and 2 more hours, I showed that bolt who was boss. What made it even worse was one side came out so easy my 4 yr daughter could have done it As far as the search function goes, all rational thoughts were out the window at that point...not sure how I was even able to post what I did...sorry!

Congrats! Looks good. Now, go have a beer (or two). When I put my tow hooks on, I broke one bolt and stripped the other and ended up cutting it off. Cost me $80 for new ones....
