Doing brake job, can't find caliper bracket torque specs

Default Doing brake job, can't find caliper bracket torque specs

As the title reads, need torque info for the caliper bracket bolts

2010 Dodge Dakota V6 2WD

I have done brakes all my life on many cars and trucks and tight was always good.

Me to, 35+ years... until this year... had a bolt fall out, could have been a disaster, it was on my 2004 Explorer Sport Trac. The Sport Trac is prone to that if the caliper bracket bolts are not correctly torqued, I'm sure other brands do not have this problem but it's my son's truck and the failure with my Sport Trac is making me overly cautious...

Download the FSM, link below in my signature, for all the torque specs that you could ever want.
Brake assembly starts on page 259. Download it and save it.

It was never a problem until they started mixing metal types that attach to each other that have different expansion and contraction rates. As "sweet" as Chrysler is for thread locker, I'm surprised he even got the bolts out lol.
