Question What Should I do

I used to drive a 2001 dodge dakota and I got rear ended pretty bad totaling the truck. With the insurrance money I got a steal of a truck, now I drive a 2006 dodge dakota christened "Thor". Thor is a quad cab SLT 4.7 v8 4x2 (I know) with a K&N intake a 2" leveling kit and a custom true dual exhaust. I'm kinda an offroad guy but, I don't go out often or do any crazy trails or anything, mostly camping stuff and a little muddin' now and then.

However I digress, I have a few hundred left over from insurance money and I dont know how I should make Thor more awesome. A toolbox is on its way as I type and i have to replace the front bumper.

Any suggestions on what I should do next?

Right Now I'm pretty sold on a bull bar, and some lights, but I dont know where to go from there. Maybe whether tech floor liners or black housing headlights?

I wanna hear your opinions. Thanks!

I have a new front bumper and grill guard to install and tuner/exhaust is next on my to do list.

A tune with your exhaust and intake should make a nice power upgrade.

I like the idea of having a tuner, but I don't know how I'll scrape up the money. Any suggestions on how to get a hold of an inexpensive tuner?

Keep an eye in the classifieds section. Also check eBay. Craigslist, etc. make sure it is unlocked and not married to a VIN or it will be useless.

There is a Superchips 3865 in the classifieds right here on DF right now, it's the first listing right now. $160 shipped, which is a great price.

Superchips 3865 is by far the best bang for the buck mod you can do. Add to that an e-fan, bored throttle body, free up the intake and exhaust, you will be surprised how responsive these trucks can be. There are tons of write ups in this tech section and the FAQ section on just about everything you can possibly do to these trucks. Up to and including supercharging, turbocharging, hemi swapping, etc.
