Exclamation Turn Signal Issue

Hey guys...need some help. 05 Dakota Club Cab. Dash light came on a couple of days of ago indicating bulb issue (round light with exclamation mark). My drivers side rear turn signal is out. Driving light works fine though. Using the turn signal causes the fast blink. All 3 of the other turn signals work fine. Replaced the bulb with 3 different brand new bulbs and none of them work. Checked wiring and everything is fine with no breaks or issues. Any ideas what could cause this problem? Can't be a fuse since all of the other signals work fine, can't be the socket assembly because the driving light works fine. Can it still be a bad relay causing just that one signal to not work?

Still need to check the socket. There should be three contacts in there. Ground, running lights, and brake/turn signal.

x2 on the socket since you're from the northern area. Seen em rust out a few times causing bad connection.
