Default A/C issues

I have an 07 Dakota standard. When I turn on the a/c it blows hot only, like heater hot. I can hear the flapper moving when I switch from hot to cold and the a/c clutch engages when I turn on the a/c but it only blows hot. There is plenty of Freon in the system. Could it be the switch that turns hot to cold?

It sure sounds like it moving though. I also have the temp dial turned to cold so why would heat come through?

If the lines under the hood are getting frosty, that part of the system is working, and the problem has to be in the box under the dash. Unfortunately, I don't know how yours works.....
