PCM needs to be programmed to your VIN. TIPM does not.

Can someone PLEASE tell me what U1415 even means? I have gotten answers ranging from the transmission to the O2 sensors, to the air-bag system.

Should start your own thread next time. U1415 is Implausible/Missing Vehicle Configuration Data. Possibly an issue with your ORC. The thing that senses how much weight is in the passenger seat.
