2005 Dodge Dakota Wiring harness
When I brought this from a car lot the entire back bumper and trailer lights were removed and a back plate was put there. I have replaced the bumper. I don't know what to buy to fix it. Any ideas? Thanks, J

I looks like the trailer light harness. If you have stop/turn/tail/reverse lights, and don't want to complete the harness with your 7- and 4-wire connectors, properly terminate each of the wires in the harness, so you don't get shorts.

You can get a 4-flat or a 7 wire pigtail at any autoparts or u-haul rental store and solder it on to get the trailer lights functional again.Pack the terminals with dielectric grease to help prevent corrosion and seal off any unused wires with heat shrink tubing.
