I have replaced both front hubs and one cv axle assembly also checked front brakes. Truck still makes a clicking and squeal when accelerating. No noise when coasting. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Does it make those noises if you are sitting still in neutral and accelerate or just under a load? Also, with the help of a passenger, can you try to narrow it down to the front, center, or rear? That will help more in trying to figure out what component is causing issues.

Clicking, squeals, squeaks are usually driveshaft universal joints.
