Default 3.7 vapor leak detection pump?

Hello all! I'm new to this site. I have a 2011 Ram Dakota 3.7 throwing small evap leak. I have changed the purge valve and oem fuel cap. I have been told the problem is likely the vapor leak detection pump. I have looked everywhere and can not locate it. Is it on top of the gas tank? Anyone had experience changing it out? Looking for advise. Thanks in advance!

Perhaps have a local diagnostic shop perform a smoke test to locate the cause of the evap leak and then go from there to determine the repair needed.
