High pitch “whine”

Belt tensioner is over on the passenger side.

I was considering that more on the front lol

If the noise didn't start until they were replaced, either they are the culprit, or something to do with their installation. Belt is aligned properly?

Whereabout in the passenger side of the engine compartment is the noise coming from? Because the noise is speed-sensitive, I am also wondering if the fan was installed properly, or if the fan clutch was damaged during the water pump repair.
