Leveling kit help

Default Leveling kit help

Hello everyone,
I have an 07 Laramie quad cab 4.7 4wd. I want to keep the stock look and add bigger tires. What size leveling kit should I put on? I was thinking 2” front 2.5” rear. Any recommendations?

This is how it looks now

This is the size I have on now and unfortunately they are street tires.

A leveling kit is just that, it levels the truck, so, most only lift the front a bit. You can probably accomplish pretty much what you want just by cranking the torsion bars up a bit.

If I do that how big of a tire will I be able to fit?

Current tires are basically 30.5 tall, by 10.4 wide. So, 32-33 by 11 or so should be doable..... See how much clearance you have. Go from there.

We do not have the option to crank torsion bars, a leveling kit is our only option. You want a 2 inch max kit, otherwise you'll be replacing front end parts on a regular basis. There is a sticky thread for you to read, it's called 'The Official Tire & Lift Thread', there you'll see what tire will fit.

As stated, don't go over 2" coil spring spacer. If you add 2" spacer and 1.5" helper springs you it will level it and give just a bit of lift to fit bigger tires.
