Truck started overheatindand the guage got up to 3/4 mark and it started running rough. I changed thermostat and it is running at normal temp but wont idle and bucking.had a p305 code in 5.changed plugs and switched coil pack position.still wont idle but bucking stopped . Now i havepo172 code. Any advice?

 

Compression test would be next step if you have ruled out the ignition.

 

looks like bank 1 02 sensor might have crapped out, take a look under truck and see if any wires are touching exhaust, if not change them out. also depending on miles might be wise to change all of them.
