Have it towed to Dodge and find out what the problem is. IF the truck won't start, then it's a good chance that the computer is bad.

"No bus" means the communication system is down. These trucks have what is called a "can bus system", which consist of two wires that connect each module together through the front control module. If these wires are shorted, open, or grounded than it disrupts the communication. If the pcm cannot communicate to the skim module it doesn't know if the correct key is in the ignition, so it disables fuel. This system can be very difficult to diagnose, and it would probably be alot cheaper to take it to a dealer with a factory trained electrical master, than to guess.

Had that happen to me. My crank shaft sensor wire got pinched between the block and bellhousing. It was my fault, I didn't check the wire before installing the motor. Anyway I found it by unpluging everything (injectors/sensors). I turned the truck on and the no bus wasn't there, so I plugged one in at a time and then turned the key on each time, until the no bus came back. The no bus came back on when I plugged the crank shaft sensor in. Well that's how I found my short.

I'd say if you just installed a new E.C.U. without programming it, thats the problem. It needs to be set up with the dealer's scan tool(DRB-3).
That goes for any engine, trans, or body E.C.U. on a newer car.
It would be nice if they were plug and play
