12v swap into a 2005?
I have a 2005 Dodge Dakota Club Cab 4x4 with the 3.7 V6 automatic. The V6 doesn't have enough power for me, so I was hoping to do a 4BT swap with compounds. I then stumbled up a couple 12 valves that are pretty cheap. Would it be possible to swap one into my truck while still using a larger turbo or compounds? How much would it cost?
Edit: Thanks for the help. I've changed my mind and I decided to just go with the 4.7 H.O. V8 that also came in these trucks.

I don't think you have enough room between the firewall, and radiator support for the 12v..... That's a long motor.
How much will it cost? Good question, if you are going to pay someone else to do the job, you will probably spend more than what your truck is currently worth..... Doing it yourself would save a LOT, but, you will need some pretty significant fabrication skills... along with electrical knoweledge to get everything to play nice together.

A diesel swap has been done. Take a look at this thread.
