Hey everyone, I believe this is my first post here, but anyways, I am looking at getting an 06 Dakota V8 with the 6speed manual. I am wondering if anyone has any pictures of the interior, mainly of the shifter and such, I wanna see what it looks like before I get it.. no V8 6speed at dealership.

 

I'll take that as a no? :-P

Best description is that it looks like a stick shift found in the Dodge Rams

I have an 05 V8 6speed. I'll try to post a picture when I get home. It looks good and is angled nicely towards the driver. It took me forever to find a V8 6 speed but it was worth it. Can't see me buying an automatic truck..

Definitely not a Short Throw Shifter...lol

 

Only downfall with Dodge, they didn't do liek Nissan and Toyota did and make the shorter shifters.... ohh well...

I want to get a momo boot, and ****, and maybe a nice stainless shifter bar thingy. lol

Also moleman, how is the shift pattern to getting in reverse? just go further right than the 5 - 6 section? or what? if that makes sense? lol

 

yeah all the way to the right and then down. it was a littel stiff when i first got it but not to bad anymore.
