Hi. recently a got the code p0344 so l buy one sensor for the cam. I did some test to test the wire (3), on the pin 1 l got nothing, on the pin 2 11.8V and on the pin 3 4.9V. Is it normal to see 0V on the pine 1 with the key on ? And l look online to find any wiring diagram to see where it goes but nothing (for the wire pin 1)

 

Pin 1 is sensor ground.
Pin 2 is signal return to PCM
Pin 3 is 5 volt feed.

I really don't think you should be seeing 12 volts on ANY of those wires.

 

Hi l re check all my wiring and test my ground, did find out that l don't get voltage from the signal / return, while key on or when cranking. His there a fuse ? His the wire return directly l

 

Should be a hall effect switch, so, as the engine rotates, the sensor will change state, on/off/on/off.....

 

For the information :The battery has bien change last year and for the sensor the guy at dodge tell my to by one at nappa because he can't have one by min 2 weeks

 

Do you know witch pin the wiring go like in the pcm so l can look
