Default Just ordered!

So I just got back from the dealership about an hour ago, and I have an 06 V8 6 speed on the way to me. Club Cab, with, antislip rear axle, side airbags, sport appearance group, interior convenience group, and more. I am soooo pumped. Just hate the wait.

got it for invoice... Dont have the exact number, but my family has bought a vehicle from there every year since 01, and this year we bought two already.. I think I'm getting it for around 25,xxx. Trading in my Neon which I still owe 10,xxx on and they are giveing me 7,500 for a trade in, plus 4,500 in incentives, so overall, I think its somewhere after taxes, like 28,xxx. That give ya a ballpark number? :-P G'day

Thanks, dude. I'm shopping around for a P/U to take up to Colorado when I move and the Dak is on my short list. Especially the V8, 4X4.......

is a short list a good thing? cuz I hav big plans for this truck.

and I think its worth the price. just do like I did, make a printout from Cars.com on what you want and have the invoice on there, and show them, if they dont match it go elsewhere.

Yup, short list is GOOD. It means it's one of the finalists.......

I'm down to four different trucks. I plan to move in a little over a year. I'll be looking at a 2007 model or a 2006 with a big rebate.....

Cause salespeople dont deserve to get paid to? Theres haggling, and just trying to be an ***. You didnt get invoice cause your saavy you got invoice cause youve bought a ton of cars there and you ran across a good lot.

This is true and I am totally aware of this. But, I asked the saleslady what she could do for me, she came back with like 1,000 under MSRP, I then brought the invoice paper to the head lady, and she matched it cuz of us getting so many vehicles from them. I am well aware why I got invoice, I am just saying, if people bring in an invoice it's well worth it to try and get them to match it. I was almost a salesman at the dealership, and they don't get paid by how much they sell it for, they get paid commission, it doesn't matter to them what they sell it for, (at least at this dealership) cuz they get paid the same for whether they sell a vehicle for MSRP or invoice. Thanks...

Another way to get a great deal is to go online and get it thru the fleet manager, thats what I did. I only paid $100 over dealer cost.
