I would go with the sport package look...one solid color. I owned a 2001 Dakota Motorsports Edition. It was the ONLY model Dakota to get blacked out gloss rims with a chrome lip standard. It looked super sweet and it had all one body color, no chrome.

I would definitely go with that look in a heartbeat. In fact, I am buying blacked out wheels again for my current car...

Btw, I spell my name Derrick too...

I would go with the sport appearance! Mainly cuz i own a 96 sport. One thing i would do if i were you would be the black wheels with the chrome bead. 20's preferably. And get yourself a nice billet grille. That would be a nice lookin truck in my own opinion!

Definitely go with the "Sport Package" styling......i.e. the painted bumper & grille

I hate the fact that I have the nasty black plastic bumper with the chrome trim, but it was all they had when I got my truck. It looks good on some color trucks, but it stands out like a sore thumb on my red truck.

I'd give my left nut for a painted front bumper & painted grille though...just don't wanna pay a ton of $$$$ for it

All these posts are talkin sport, which I agree, I have one myself. Why is the pole runin 50/50? That's what gets me. I like the look better and it is easier to keep it looking clean longer with a sport then a chrome one. Everybody and everything wants to smudge the chrome.
