That's the look I want, but I'll probably have Meineke do it as I feel I don't have the expertise to do it properly. I have the tools minus a spring compressor but not the experience to do this. I don't start anything I can't finish.

You can use a C-clamp and a closed in wrench as a cheater pipe instead, if you're adventurous!

Well better late than never I guess... This is the now discontinued Performance Acc. level kit. I found it brand new on eBay for $70. Like I mentioned before it was pretty easy to install. I have had it on now for a month or so and no problems at all. The truck still sits with just a bit of rake but when I tow the boat (18' bay boat) it levels out nice.

I wish I had taken some before pics. Oh well..

Still saving some change for different tires. Btw, the truck white26golf posted also has the body lift...

Has anyone else done this? Did you notice a difference, It doesn't look that different in the pictures, I am thinking about doing this. I have found a different kit other than the performance acc.'s one. Just want to know if it is going to be worth the 70 bucks.

I thought about it for a while and decided not to. I don't feel it looks any different. It's a lot of work and I think you really have to know what you're doing. If you are confident about doing it yourself, go for it.

i installed the lowering shakles instead. looks a lot nicer with the wheel wells sitting even then with the *** end up in the air. i have noticed a difference while cornering now. seems smoother it does not dive into the corners.

what is a leveling kit and lowering shakles and why would you want the *** end high and not the front and back leveled out, just get a lowering kit or a lift kit, why would want to level the truck, they are already factory leveled or dont i know something, and the pic of the gray dakota, what are talking about, you can definitely tell that that truck was lifted.
