Default Good for the money?!

Hi,
I plan on putting a K&N FIPK and a Fastman Throttle Body in my 2005 V6 Dakota and I'd like to know if it's a good mod for the money? Should I feel an improvement in performance and mileage or just mileage (which would be good though..)? Would the Jet Chip Stage 2 be good then for my car as I already have a free flow exhaust?
Thanks for the info.

Throttle body won't make a worthwhile difference until the vehicle has a turbo or supercharger.

Just to save some money.

Use of the Jet Stage II requires a 180 degree thermostat available at Summit Racing.

the fipk will make a difference also when you install it. relocate your iat sensor farther down the tube. this will help out with mileage and performance.this tricks the computer into having cooler air on the sensor adjusting the air fuel mixture. jet stage 2 is a good investment my 4.7 has one. must run the 180 stat to achieve the performance of the chip and 91/93 octane. my 05 4.7 was dynoed at 203 rwhp and 275 ftlbs of tourque.

TB mod of no use unless turbo or supercharged engine. Don't waste your money.
