I have the same issue, When i went in to have the Brakes checked because of brake vibration i also told them about stalling,.. they told me that DC is aware of the issue and is making software for it. this was 4 months ago and i've called them back on it twice and i got the same answers, DC is aware of it and is working on the problem..

I suggest you call you dealership and make an appointment to have it looked at so it can be logged that your having this issue also.

Get your truck in asap for this problem.

Had my truck looked at again today. No codes but the tech called Mitsu's Techline. They told he that they have had several calls on this and that the enginers are tring to figure the problem. Techline also said the think it might be a problem with the cam sensor or the crank sensor but arn't sure yet. They will release a TSB when they find a fix for the problem. Lets hope that is sooner rather than later.

Let's hope they do something soon or I'm selling the truck. Happened again yesterday only this was worse than normal and almost made me run inot the guy in front of me. I was sitting in the drive thru at McDonalds when it started stumbling and trying to stall, instead of stalling it revs up and drops several times once or twice it reved to about 1300 rpms and the truck tries to lurch forward even with my foot on the brake hard. Had to put it in neutral because I was afraid it was gonna lurch right into the car in front of me. WTF? This is not only dangerous but embarrassing as well when your 1 year old truck is sputtering and jerking in front of everyone. I'm sick of this and shouldn't have to put up with "We didn't find any codes" when I take it to the dealer for the 5th time now!

My point is being made over and over everyday. The Gen3s are a problem child and DC is playing with us on all the many situations. Stalling, brakes, vibrations, internal engine clattering, water leaks, paint flaws, selective weak performance etc. etc. This line is becoming a source of owner anxiety and the owners who seem to have little or no problems either think where crazy or just compulsive winers. The thing is with the Dak Gen3s I’m starting to see the loyalist having problems and the tides are turning. I hurts to have perpetual problems with a large purchase and insulting support to boot.

PS I'm on a business trip in California and renting this Grand Caravan with the big V6 and this thing is down right quick. It takes the hills out here with very few kick downs un like the Dak that kicks down going over an over pass in flat Florida.

Sorry to do this but.....

My truck stalls randomly, it's mainly caused by my not thinking and not giving it enough gas when I let out my clutch.....

Is this something the dealer can fix?

Again, ... sorry.
