Default HEMI Dakota?

Hey, all. I'm a newbie to this page - I have an 06 Hemi Charger. My question is, I may be needing to trade the R/T in for a pickup and I would love the Dakota, but with a Hemi. Any news on whethe that will be offered in '07 or not?

Thanks much.

dave

Don't count on it. It would be cool but it won't happen.

Well, one can dream, I guess. So what's the biggest V-8 available and how about gas mileage?

Sence we are dreaming lets just stick the V10 in one with a 100 gal gas tank so it would make it around the block. lol Don't forget the turbos and nitrus. hahaha

Though I'm talking a third party source, I was told that the 09 Dakota will be all new again. Larger in width and will have an SRT version with a 5.7. This is speculation and officially Dr. Z isn’t writing any scrip’s on this.

I like the Topper! Where, What kind, and How much? Also, personally I think it would look better if you got rid of the front end rake, level it off for a better look with the topper. Just my 2 cents. Oh yeah, can we get some backside and inside pics of your topper as well?

Agreed!!!!!

The largest motor'd Dakota made was the 2nd Gen Dakota R/T w/ the 5.9L V8. They also had a 5.2L V8 as well.

Currently, there's the 4.7L and the 4.7L H.O. V8's.....

As for gas mileage....if you could keep your foot out of it....your usually ranging 15-20...altho some have gotten better then that....I averaged about 17 total with my 4.7L 2nd Gen
