Truck got keyed!!!!
well its covered if you have the truck on a bank note. if it is paid in full then it might not be. depending on your insurance company. if it is just a light scrape they might be able to buff out. if it is too deep, then off to the body shop. have to have it fixed or the exposed spots might start to rust
man that sux! I know how you feel, someone keyed the side of my truck and a big X on the hood.... really pissed me off....... I tried buffing but that didn't even work, too deep.... I hafta take it to the body shop.... $$$[:@] [:'(]
Frenchy you will be amazed how a professional shop can blend paint. I damm near fell out of my chair when you said you leased your truck!!!!!! With all the stuff you have done to it you will be charged big time, didnt you throw out all the rear seat stuff? Isnt the frame bent up? I hope you are planning on buying it at the end of your lease. Anyway I've seen shops air brush paing in scratched with great results. I had stone chips fixed on my BMW by air brushing and it looked great, way cheaper than a strip and paint......
LEASED?!?!?! hope you are ready to float a big loan at the end of that lease to buy it out.....it will be like owning the price of a new truck on a used truck.

Generally its covered by your insurance (with a lweased vehicle you probably have full coverage). Depending on your insurer, you may have to pay a deductible. Call your agent.
First I would go to a body shop and see if it could be buffed out and leave the insurance company out of it if at all possible.
