i was watching the TV show 'trucks!' last sunday...and they introduced for the first time ever the newest engine from chevy...its the biggest block on the market for trucks and im not a chevy fan but it was awesome...has anyone else seen this? i'll go look for a link
p.s. its bigger and stronger than the hemi

No Chevy fan here, but that 572 is bad a$$.
Of course, that 540 HEMI is awesome too.
However, the Chevy does make 720HP. The HEMI makes 650 stock (900+ "depending on induction")
But, you'd never see a Chevy engine in a vehicle of mine...

the 572 big block has been around for about a year now. the guys over at horsepower tv. put one in their nova. big block power is nice but you have to have a screaming small block.

Dodgerules 650 or 720 that would be a Blast figuring out how to keep from grenading the tranny and rearend and keeping tires on it. not to mention $,come on lotto!

Yep....that they usually are...

I've seen a few 502's in a couple of Chevy's....there's a 68-69 Camaro with a 502 in it that comes to our local Fridays car shows...
