I am not sure for the V6's but gibson has a nice setup for the v8's... I think you should be able to find a catback system atleast. here are some suggestions that I have for ya...

1) Intake - Done
2) Exhaust - catback or full. both will help
3) Chip
---The rest are debatable, and are totally up to you.---
Cams, Port and polish, Throttle body... you get the idea. I suggest the chip though, if your truck is under warranty you might want to hold off. Chips will void it. (or so I have been told)

I hope it helps a little. Exhaust is a good match for your intake, and a chip will give you greater benefits of that combination.
The Chip won't void the warranty. They actually have to prove that it caused the problem. If you break into the engine, and they find out, they won't honor the warranty. Just stick with the bolt ons. INtake, Exhaust, the Chip and the Throttle Body. You can also do and underdrive pulley if you can find one. Go to www.KRCPerformance.com or to www.SoCalDakotas.com. They specialize in Daks and they're engines.

Eric, read the top post about Warranty Questions...

If they can't prove the tuner or chip caused the problem, then warranty is still good...

well you could swap out the thermostat when warmer air comes to town. going to a 180 and getting rid of the 195 is good. cooler engines make power. also you can relocate your iat sensor too. everything will cost about 15.00 .

I don't think I'd even bother modding a '05 V6. The 4.7 V8 struggles enough pushing these 4900lb trucks around. I'd opt for another truck before I'd go modding. A '03 4.7 would be a nice choice, or if you want the tougher frame/better towing capabilities grab yourself a '05 with a 4.7 HO and begin the battle with NGC and little aftermarket support.

how do you figure the 4.7 struggles? my 05 the day i drove it off the lot spun both tires down the street. and to this day it still smokes both tires at any given stop sign or street light. this truck has more power than my 5.2 ever had. and it gets better mpg.
