Front Brake squeeling
Before you kill yourself trying to take it apart, take the wheels off and spray some brake cleaner on it. Then take a soft clean cloth for both wheels, and wipe off the dust. IF that doesn't work, do what they said above. Once you have taken off the calibers and the brake pads, you'll have a bunch of other things you'll need to do before putting them on.
yea the same thing is happening with mine and i have about 28000 miles on it and i've had it about 2 years. dont know if i need new brakes or just need to do something else so let me know what you find out please. thanks
Its funny that this is brought up because just today I started to hear my front brakes squeeling. Its kind of intermitten though doesn't happen on every stop but like every other time I stop. I have 05 club cab with 20,800 miles.

My 06 has the same problem. I think it is brake dust. Try slamming on the brakes hard a couple of times and see if the squeal goes away. That worked for me.[:-]

Breaks the glaze on the rotors.
What I do when a customer complains of squeeling is the following.....
Take the caliper off and the pads out of the bracket. Clean all contact points good so there is no dirt/rust. Clean off the pad material with some brake cleaner. Upon reassembly get some good brake lube/synthetic antisiezeor Silglide from Napa and apply to all contact points on pad. Also, apply to the backside of both pads. I can pretty much guarantee your squeel will be gone.
Mostsqueel is caused by very minute/fast vibration of the pads that produces the frequency that causes the squeel, the lube dampens this.
