just installed throttle body
I actually picked up one last night from the local custard stand ..... chocolate, yum yum!
Is this the new E-random version 1.2 thread now? Lol.
Mr. "ROUGHRIDER", lets see if I'm understanding this correctly. Help me help you...
Lets consider the following:
-You are brand new to the forum
-You start sh*t talking one of the proven members, who offers wonderful insite to our trucks...from a thread that started over 3 years ago....
-Did I mention that you were brand new?...and you are causing trouble already?
-"it isn't good for you vehicle to punch the throttle around corners". Pardon me, but what do you know? I'm sorry, but this is such an ignorant statement. Do you know anything about automotive mechanics? Do you even know anything about superdaks application? Well crap, guess I should take advice from you on how to drive my 500hp race car....
This forum is for people to get together and offer great technical advice for everyone. This is not a forum that chants on sh*t talkers. Naturally, I will have to conclude that you, sir, are just a punk kid who is trying to stir the pot. If you were even close to someone who is a REAL driver, you would not have made such a stupid comment. So, superdak wanted to get a little sideways around a corner. I dare you to try and explain how anyone is a "new driver" based on the information that is given. (Keep in mind, if you attempt this, you will be attempting to explain someone who race competitively every season, aka: not a new driver)
Ignorance is bliss, from your perspective. My perspective is a little more realistic. If you want to call someone out for being a "new driver", go find someone else on another forum that doesn't race competitively.
Unless I have this all wrong, then please clarify. I believe an apology (to superdak, and the rest of the members that have now seen this post) would be just fine. However, don't type anything unless you wish to RESPECTFULLY restate the point (if there was any) that you were trying to make, or apologize. To be honest, I'm hoping that you apologize. This way, we can have another member on the board, and get that much more support. I'm rooting for you to do the right thing, just keep that in mind.
