Yeah but that part is dialed in for my car, so its not going to be near accurate on the Dakota.

If you dremel the 68mm TB, it's free. It has a large hump on the bottom you take out.

And, what's wrong with your stock electric fan? I haven't had the belt driven clutch/fan on my 4.7 for about 4 years, and the gauge has never been over half way, in the hottest of times.

you have to dremel out the whole tb. not just the bottom. and it is better to have a pro do it. if you go to fast and burn threw the tb. you are screwed. also dan has a set up were he mounts it to a drill press and goes to town on it.

I agree. I'd rather have a pro do it over my inability to do myself. If it was that easy, i'd have figured it out.

You might be able to find someone to do it, Eric. It won't hurt to try.
