Did anyone look at the dome light delay or the alarm ground?

Both are possible causes. Heat and cold can cause and intermittent ground fault and the dome light has been know to cause false positives on alarms if they aren't wired or set for it.

This is not just a Dodge thing... it happens in all different makes and models...
