You're correct...I didn't see where he said sliding. Either way, the head rests are easy to remove if you need to.

Yep...I always go to Pep Boys and just buy the assortment package. You can get clips, plastic fasteners, etc. It's good to have an assortment. Should cost around $5.

Hey when you and ur friend put that back wall back in did you have too remove the side panel's that cover the speaker's and where the seat belt retractor is, it seem's to me they have to come out to get that wall back in dunno, i will attempt it again tonight so lol.

It's easier, but not necessary. Also, you do not need to remove the back wall. Just pull outward at the top untill you can see the bolts. You will need to pull about 2 or 3 (can't remember) of the plastic clips out of place, but do not remove the entire wall.
