Default 2003 Dakota SXT

Ok seeing as everyone thinks Iam just some immature kid who wrecked one truck and is on the way to another heres a lil story..Ok so itll all started winter of 2004. One day I wake up and to my surprise by brother asks me to use my truck to go to Maine. I tell him yeah right why? He tells me he has to help his Girlfriends Moms EX Boyfriend move back. I laugh and tell him no ill do it.So I drive 8 hours up to Maine to help my brother out. I have his girlfriend and her mom with me. On the way home we got into a reall bad storm on the highway. I was burning alot of gas in 4 wheel so i decide to kick her into 2. Iam cruising along about 60 mph and decide to change lanes. Lil did I know i was on shear ice. The truck went into a uncontrollable slide, hit pavement and began to barall role! There was a 18 wheeler behind me who stop to put out the fire and said we rolled 6-8 times. We hit a cliff off the highway. I percead to pull his girlfriend and her mom from the truck. Now mind you the roof caved in on my head and I now have neck problems because of this. Alls his girlfriends mom suffered was a broken finger. So after it all iam watching my new truck burning up on its roof on the side of the highways in northern Maine in the middle of a NOR EASTER! So his girlfriends mom decides to sue me for $50,000! Yes thats right 50,000 for a broken finger! Now I almost died, lost a truck, and did them a BIG BIG favor by driving 8 hours and thats how I got repaid. I actually cried on the side of the highway watching my truck and because of everything that was going on. So think of that story befor you judge me. O yeah and the SOB was still running after it all upside down! Sorry but I had to post it cause people pissed me off by thinking Iam some irresponsible kid

Yeah i Guess you can say inexperienced driver seeing as i didnt have my license for long..Its funny cause the insurance company questioned the tread on the tire but it was my Fathers truck befor me and he had just had brand new 31s put on it.

Who are you trying to convince? Us or you? That is unfortunate accident and I didn't read enought of your post before to think that you might be a little immature but this one might convince some!
But hey seem that you might have learn from that one. (Hopefully)[sm=icon_beat.gif]

Sorry! Suck's for the accident but 60 miles an hour in stormy condition didn't help. Been driving for over 14 years and put well over 45 000 kms a year driving, stormy weather I know about as I live in Canada and we have them all the time.

You live and you learn... I had a girl back into me, she was coming down her driveway, and couldn't stop, this was when I had my old car, I told my sister to grab something, cuz I was going on ice, and my car didn't have ABS, and I was doing like 30... she just kept on coming, I knew I was gonna get hit.... so I was prepared.

It was really freaking cool to get hit like that. Knowing it was gonna happen, man I'd do that again! :-)

Yea but remember to relax(kinda hard i know) just before you get hit, tensing up causes more injury
