running boards/side steps
And you "know" this how?
I do not know for sure however most companies use holes that are already there. I would be very shocked to find out Owens requires any drilling into the body.

The side chrome tubes do not require an drilling. Mount to frame with holes already there. I have kids and it has made it a lot easier to get in and out. I am also planning on adding the factory mud guards when they become available so that should soften the line. I have got use to the look and it is growing on me. They do give the Durango a more truck like look.
The Owens look like their a cleaner/sleeker look (Tucked under) than the OEM molded running boards (not the step bars). I want step boards more for stone protecting and don't want them sticking out as CAN noted with the step bars. Drilling into a vehicle isn't my favorite thing to do. Sealant is an option but I'm more concerned about longevity of the mounting. Has anyone mounted the Owens running boards? Post pics? and offer opinions.
Dodge has some new boards coming out soon, has anybody seen them? They are Part Number - 82212294 but I can't find a picture anywhere.

I would love to see some power retracting steps to keep the sleek bottom while driving and have them out only when the doors are open. Much much better look and don't hang on to snow as bad in the winter.
