They order and the food comes out before yours. The most frustrating thing is them telling nothing at all on whats going on.
Any update on the status of your R/T?

Well that is ridiculous! mine took 4 weeks granted it was a citadel that I ordered...my sales rep was right on the money when he said it will take 4 weeks. But here's the kicker it seems the dealership couldn't track where my vehicle is between the time it was ordered and delivered. When I got the call the dealership said it just showed up. Hope your dealership provides you some additional incentives.

just got off the phone with Dodge
They are now telling me it could take another 4-6 weeks for it to get here and leave the holding yard.
I asked to speaker to senior management saying thats not the answered I was looking for.
We opened a case file on this order and I am told I will have a call from managment within a 24 hour period.
If Not I have a case number to call in and see why I was not called.

Will let you know tomorrow what they tell me...

String'em up by the b@lls!! That's absolutely ridiculous. No excuse for treating a customer like that.

Maybe ur car is Build in Japan, have u heard about the earthquake?

Now it is ur chance to demand more. Demand them to pay for loaner vehicle that you want to drive from the dealership, and some freebies like "extended waranty' or "extra Options" that you dont have for no charge.

Yes the Japan issue has caused many of delays in many industries.
Just when a truck is build and sold and shipped to a holding yard is not something I can tolerate when dealers are getting these in to set on lots that are not sold.

3 weeks ago there was 9 R/T models and 456 total Durangos on the locator
now there is 25 R.t's and 845 total
this is withing a 200 mile radius of the house.
So my point. They are shipping non sold orders.

It is pretty mess up, almost seem like they do not care about their Customer who spend so much money and buy a new car.

Honestly, You can Back out of the deal anytime. However, just keep complaining and do NOT make any sense when you get the call tomorrow! and make some ridiculous demands!
As for the Durango being a first yr model, I recommend you to get Chrysler to throw in a FREE Max Care extended waranty on ur vehicle.
If you bitch enuff, you will get something for free. few weeks ago a Lady backed out of the deal on a Charger R/T she ordered because something screwed up. But the sales guys manage to get her back into the deal with some discounts.
