Where does AC condensation drain?
I got out of the Durango the other night and heard sizzling from liquid dripping on something hot. I looked under and saw some water from the AC on the driveway so I think that is what it was. It was too dark and I wasn't dressed for crawling under to see for sure what was going on.
I guess I should be happy it is draining fine but I don't like the idea of the AC condensation drain letting the water drip on other parts all the time - probably exhaust. I crawled under there and took a look today but couldn't see a drain tube anywhere.
Has anyone else noticed this? Anyone know where I should see the drain tube? Am I crazy for thinking this is worth looking into?

Do you really want to know the answer to this question? ;-)
Think about this. When you drive in the rain, the entire underside of your car gets pretty wet. That should give you an idea of the answer.

Here is some information I found for the a/c drain.
5. Raise and support the vehicle.
6. Inspect the evaporator drain hose or tube (depending on application) for foreign material that may be blocking the drain and repair as necessary.
7. Once drain operation has been verified;
when equipped with a rubber drain hose, temporarily pinch the drain hose closed using an appropriate pair of heater hose pliers.
when equipped with a solid plastic drain tube, obtain an appropriate size rubber or plastic cap or plug and temporarily cap or plug the drain tube.
8. Lower the vehicle.
Since the drain is draining then you don't need to do this, This is to let you know the drain is under the SUV.

I haven't crawled under to look, but when we use the A/C in our D, the condensation appears to drain from 2 places; under the center of the vehicle toward the front and also from the underside of the right rear behind the rear door. Are there 2 condensers on these vehicles?

There are 2 evaporators, one by each fan motor. This is where you get the water drips. It is what essentially 'cools' the air that is then blown into the passenger compartment. There is one behind the passenger side rear door and one up front.
