Today I was looking for the services with the No Charge Maintenance. Couldn't find it so I pulled up my contract on line and did a copy/paste to here.

•3,000 Miles Oil change/filter
Front Suspension Lube

•6,000 Miles Oil change/filter
Front Suspension Lube
Tire rotation
Lubricate front drive shaft fitting (2500 or 3500 4x4 models only)
Top off engine fluids

•9,000 Miles Oil change/filter
Front Suspension Lube

•12,000 Miles Oil change/filter
Front Suspension Lube
Tire rotation
Lubricate front drive shaft fitting (2500 or 3500 4x4 models only)
Replace air conditioning filter
Inspect the brake linings
Inspect the CV joints
Inspect the exhaust system
Inspect the front suspension, tie rod ends and boot seals for cracks or
leaks and all parts for damage, wear,
improper looseness or end play
Top off engine fluids

•15,000 Miles Oil change/filter
Front Suspension Lube

•18,000 Miles Oil change/filter
Front Suspension Lube
Tire rotation

Inspect the front and rear axle fluid, change if using vehicle for fleet,

i passed this info onto my dealer (in Canada) and told me this is a USA thing only :'(

So the Durango was in for its 12K service, they didn't change the AC filter (like they should have). I removed it that evening and it was / is dirty.

They also said it will need an (engine) air filter next time. Shouldn't this be covered under the No Charge Maintenance? I didn't see it outlined or excluded in the contract.

I brought mine in at 3400 miles or so, and the sticker they put on the car says to come back at 8200! But I have that no cost maintenance plan, so I think I will just be following that schedule..

So any truth to you get treated better as far as deals or service if you go to your purchased dealership instead of the nearest one....I am in same boat and is wondering if that is just a load of bull.
