Default Dodge Durango 2011 (OFF-ROAD)

Tribute to the owners 2011 Dodge Durango
It is known that Durango has the potential to go in off-road.
It's share assembly line with the Grand Cherokee.
It's has 4LOW.
It's has LSD .

but I did not see any Video (YouTube - sites tests cars) in the off-road ??!!! unlike ford explorer 2011 it's have a lot of video in youtube!!!!!!!!!

Is it has some problem in off-road???
IF any one have any video for durango 2011 in off-road! I need see it ?

That's because its not developed to go off-road. Its a road SUV capable of light off-road use, while the Jeep is an off-road vehicle that is comfortable on the road. There's only been 10 threads on this already, take a look around.

I’m pretty sure this link has been posted before, it’s not a video, but here you go.

The new DD is designed for light off road driving, its low front overhang will get caught on something if driven to a high angle obstacle.

I believe the reason you don’t see many videos of the Durango in off road situations is because Chrysler/Fiat Group (or whatever it’s called now) views this as Jeeps territory and doesn’t want to create an in house sales/marketing competition. Ford doesn’t have another vehicle that can challenge the Jeep in that class, so they try to play all sides with the Explorer. And as most people know, if you try to do everything well you excel at nothing!

But there is different between Durango and Grand and this not reason for the lack of video

I tell you before all web sites give full information about it but there’s no real video in off-road

Why are you so hung up about needing to see a video? Do you honestly believe that the Motor Trend video showing Ford testing the Explorer in Dubai you linked was done as a single shot? How many times do you think the got stuck starting/stopping while they were there? How much footage was cut out to make that 4min video clip? You even said it, all cars can get stuck. Dodge isn't marketing the D as a full bred 4x4, even with the Hemi & selectable drive it is still limited by it's approach/depart angles and ground clearance.

If you're this concerned about there being no videos of a D running through sand dunes driven by a professional driver, then maybe the D isn't the SUV for you.
