I thought we already had UConnect and all the capabilities mentioned on those press releases.

Yes, the Stealthbox is very expensive - not something for anyone who is not a big time audiophile. And, again, you could make a sub box your own with a trip to Home Depot for some plywood, yada, yada, yada...

I've made my own boxes from fiberglass before, not hard. That's what I would do. Then you can take advantage of alot more space. I really like the stereo in our D, but I wouldn't mind just a "little bit more" low end. At least it doesn't rattle or buzz at all.

I'm curious to see what others do. That JL box is just too pricey.

If anyone takes apart the back, please POST PICS !!!!!

I'm interested in how the sub driver is exposed or vents?

They're adding in future capabilities for wifi in the so you can have a mobile network, also new capabilities that make it more fluid when adding media and managing it. Also there will be options to stream audio from the internet such as iHeartRadio.

I thought the Citadel had this already now, even my '11? Although I have no intentions of using it. I think it's like $35+ / month subscription.

I really hope they come through on this and for ALL existing D owners with some kind of UConnect, especially the 403N. The only thing I'd really like is some kind of native Pandora app/interface. That and for them to redo all the fonts/colors. I wish the interface was more pleasing to look at. Maybe even offer a few themes and let the owner choose?

Easiest way to get some more low end oomph is just to replace the stock 8" in the existing enclosure and amplify it. That's where I started before I found out about the Stealthbox.

I stream Pandora through my phone. Works flawlessly, probably sounds better than the Sat reception.

I've streamed pandora through phone also. But then all we have available is next/prev track. It would be cool if UConnect could do something like what the new Toyota Entune system does. They download an app onto their phone, they still stream panadora through the phone, but the radio shows a real pandora interface with song info, stations, and you can do alot more.
