That's awesome news. I had a stealth box in two other vehicles and loved the sound it produced while taking up very little space.

Any chance you know which sub they are gonna put in it?

It's on their site now. $1,000.00

SB-D-DRNGO3-13TW5

The stylish Dodge Durango features a highly versatile interior design that transforms from people to cargo-hauling mode in seconds, but leaves little space for a real subwoofer system. Fortunately for Durango owners who appreciate great audio, our Stealthbox® design team rose to the challenge and came up with a brilliant solution.
The Stealthbox® for the Durango installs discreetly beneath the rear cargo floor and features a recessed space on its top for mounting an amplifier (not included). With the factory cargo floor panel in place, the sub (and amplifier) become totally invisible, even with the hatch open.
The sealed enclosure design houses a down-firing, thin-line 13.5-inch driver to deliver serious low-frequency impact and sound quality that will add tons of enjoyment to every mile you drive.

The Hard Data: Contains one 13TW5-3 subwoofer in a sealed enclosure. 600 watt power handling. Wired for 3 ohm mono. Black steel mesh woofer grille is included. Installs under cargo area floor panel.

Oh wow- expensive, but I bet worth it. Is any other hardware needed for this?

Just an amp.
It is expensive, but if it works as good as other stealth boxes I've heard, it's worth it. The fact thats its hidden is quite the bonus.

I am sure it is worth it. I have had two stealthboxes in previous vehicles and they were great. Sound quality was awesome and the fact that I did not lose any cargo area was an great bonus.

I know there is some complete replacement speaker and sub packages coming out from JL for select cars. The 2010 and up Camaro is one of them.

I mentioned to the guys at JL they need to come up with a plug and play option to replace the horrible Alpine system Dodge installed.
Maybe they will listen

I'm working on a totally stealth system, using the JL Stealthbox in the rear, as well as amplifying the stock head unit and replacing some of the speakers (not sure if i will need more than the fronts). I will report back when completed.
