Well I am a 2012 R/T owner but I couldn't tell you if there is any problems with it. I am in Afghanistan and my wife just drove it home and parked it in the garage because she said it is too clean and pretty to drive around and get dirty.

2011 R/T Nothing but problems. The steering wheel shakes and has never been able to be corrected. I can name a dozen issues that I have had and still have.

 

The SwW shake is a trip to dealer
install time for new part is less than an hour
problem solved

Try another dealership

 

I have had only one issue with mine, search my screen name for the issue, too long to rewrite. Have put 3K miles on since with no issues. You see a few things on here but Dodge has sold 51,697 new D's this past year, not sure how many R/T's out of that but still. I would not be worried in the least in getting one.

 

You gotta remember, most people who join forums are only trying to see if there ARE problems or to try and STOP the problems they are having. Around 90-95% of the buys don't ever join the forums, they are just using their vehicles for A-B transportation.

 

I have a 2011 R/T and have not experienced the SW shake. Only issue I had was one of the main elec. fuses loose which kept cutting power to my head unit. Took it in to the dealer and had them fix it. No other issues....

 

Wife has a '12 Durango R/T. No issues yet (still under 1000 miles).
