Question 2nd row Captain's Chairs

Has anyone found any pictures of the $300 optional console you can get with the $695 2nd row Captain's Chairs option? I will be ordering an R/T in a couple of weeks and would like to see a picture to decide if I want it or not. Thanks

Good luck. There's only one picture of the second row captain chairs, might be a while before Dodge updates their website.

Ha, that's the ONE picture on the Internet. Pathetic. Also doesn't show the optional $300 middle console the OP asked to see a picture of.

Pathetic that the one photo we can find is all there is or pathetic that every big mouth post from that guy comes with a chip on his shoulder?

OP, I agree with PokerMunkee... I looked through everything at the DOC as well and other than the Canadian dealership brochure where that photo comes from, that seems to be the only shot so far.

From the guy who doesn't even own a 3rd gen Durango yet post as if he knows all about it and gives advice as if he built it himself. LOL. Move along troll.

While I was referring about you, I wasn't talking to you. If I want any lip off of you, I'll get some from my zipper.

And I have forgotten more about the Durango that you will ever know.

Carry On. These are not the droids you're looking for.

Can the 2011s be retro fitted for these captain chairs?

We are swapping buckets for the 2nd row bench seating in the Gen1s now so yea it is possible.

We are creating mounting frames to meet the bolt holes on the seat side to the original mounting holes in the floor.

The hard part will be sourcing the seats themselves. On the Gen1s, we have many years and nearly a million units produced to get seats out of. On the brand new Gen3s, the factory isn't going to sell just the seats so it may take you many years to find a set to start your retrofit process.

It would be only a guess to say you could buy one from the parts department although I would assume the costs would be practically prohibitive. Perhaps if they are absolutely required/desired, just trade-in and trade-up the 11 to a 12+ would be the cleanest solution.

Indy- Why are you always trying to argue with everyone? It seems like almost every thread in here you are bashing someone. This is a forum for everyone. Just because you dont agree with someone does not mean you have to jump on them. Let things slide, you'll be happier.
